Yeah, not much new right now.
The only news really is the same stuff I've been saying on the show, but I'll give it a bit more detail:

I talked to my brother, and he is going to place an order for some cables from Hosa soon.  Among these cables is the one I need to turn the show digital... it may be a few weeks still.

In the meantime, I am compounding songs into a "Adder" playlist that will be plunked into the Master.  Right now, it is around 120 songs.  It honestly could be more, but I'm taking it a chunk at a time.  I have to pre-screen a lot of these songs, since we can't have swear words on the station.

The other trouble is that I have a tendency to collect *Artists*.  I like certain song artists a lot, and get lots of albums by them.  So, for example: I have every single Studio Iron Maiden Album, and about 3 live recordings.  I am only missing one song, which was only released as a single.... but I'll get it yet.  I also have every Jefferson Airplane album up till 'Bark' or so.  Anyways, I'm going to be making trips to the library and doing some hard searching for some variety among my artists.

If you've got any ideas, post'em.  I don't expect you to know the current playlist, so just say whatever.  But These are the Main Genres I try to hit during the show:

Rock, Metal, Punk (the real stuff), Ska (Would like more of this), Indie (light on this), Lo-Fi (Hard to define, but would like to find some more of this that is good), Classic Rock, Alternative (I'm picky on this stuff)...

I'm sure the list could go on, but it won't.  I really want to play a bit of everything (Other than "new" music, though my definition on that will change according to my convenience sometimes) on Sunnyside, and without that pretentious flair that so many College DJ's have a tendency towards.

Back to my point: post Ideas for bands/songs here, or email me: Sunnyside887@gmail.com
